BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Amazing Azores is an apparel and souvenir company seeking to establish a strong digital presence to attract global travelers. I was responsible for designing and implementing a visually engaging and user-friendly website that would showcase the brand’s unique designs.
This brand likes to keep a tight relationship with nature and the beauty of Azores, therefore the website’s design had to have elements that reference said place. I belive I’ve managed to find a simple, clean and appealing solution for this project, combining graphic elements, color and videos to fully emerse the user in this amazing piece of land.
FEATURE HIGHLIGHT
Features present in this project that I personaly was very satisfyed with.
NAVIGATION MENU
Nothing much to explain, this website features a very small sitemap, which meant a very small navbar. I really like how the animation feels and it’s simplicity.
FINAL THOUGHTS
This was one of my first projects as a freelancer, and I consider it a good challenge despite it’s simplicity. I can say that this is the first project that made me feel proud of my work, even though you can argue that there are still some rough edges to polish (I know, there always will be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ).
In order to deliver this work, I’ve put in practice my knowledge of webdesign, webdev (fullstack) and database architecture (SQL).
